Application steps

  1. 1. Choose the campus and entry level

    Compare location, learning stage and day or boarding options in the school directory. Contact the campus about available places and placement requirements. For secondary applicants, ask about the intended form and, where relevant, subject combinations.

  2. 2. Confirm the open intake

    The applicant portal shows the intakes available for applications. An enquiry or visit request does not reserve a place. If the intake you need is not available, contact the school before preparing an application for a different year or level.

  3. 3. Prepare your information

    Have the learner’s identity and previous schooling details, guardian contacts and any relevant school reports ready. The selected intake specifies its required documents. Upload private documents only through the protected application process when requested.

  4. 4. Create and verify your account

    Register with an email address you can access and complete email verification. Select the school and intake, then work through the six-step application. Keep your guardian account details private.

  5. 5. Save, review and submit

    You can return to a saved draft. Before submitting, check names, contact details, school choice and uploaded documents. Submission creates the record for review; it is separate from an offer or completed enrolment.

  6. 6. Follow the school’s response

    Use your portal to track the application and respond to requests for additional information. Read any offer and its conditions carefully. Confirm reporting arrangements with the school after the required steps are complete.

Fees and payments

Request the current approved fee schedule for the chosen campus, level and attendance option. Ask what it includes and which additional costs may apply. Follow payment instructions issued through official school channels.

Need help applying?

Use the contact form if you need help choosing a school, accessing your account or understanding a requested document. Provide the application reference where relevant, but never send passwords. Avoid attaching sensitive learner records to a general enquiry.

Can I visit before applying?

Yes, you can request a visit through this website. Select the campus and preferred date, then wait for staff to confirm availability before travelling.

Does sponsorship guarantee admission?

A sponsorship enquiry is a separate process from school admission. Ask the school about entry requirements and TEC about its current support programme. Do not assume that submitting either enquiry guarantees funding or a place.
