A dated overview of figures reported by Tanzania Education Corporation.

How to read these figures

The figures below are reported on TEC’s Impact page, reviewed on 15 October 2026. That page does not identify an examination year or cohort for every measure. Treat them as partner-reported background rather than a current official results sheet.

Academic outcomes

TEC reports a Junior pass rate above 98% since 2011. For Senior it reports graduation above 98%, third place among 104 district schools and 95% progression to tertiary education. Ask the school for the examination year, cohort and official results relevant to your decision.

Skills and access

TEC reports training for more than 40 teachers and participation by over 900 students in project-based learning and coding. It also reports 60% of sponsorships going to girls. These describe the scope of TEC’s support rather than an individual learner’s expected outcome.

Beyond a headline number

When comparing schools, ask which examination a result describes, how many learners took part and when the result was recorded. Consider the intended learning stage, curriculum and support needs alongside published performance.

Reports and student experiences

TEC’s Impact page also links annual reports, tax returns and student stories. Follow the source link for those original publications. Personal student accounts remain on TEC’s website; this page summarises institutional information without republishing children’s personal histories.
